Job Title: Quality Engineer

Location:

Hyderabad

Experience:

2-3 Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

Quality Engineer

with 2-3 years of experience to ensure product quality, conduct inspections, and support quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate must have strong analytical skills, good communication abilities, and the capability to work with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct incoming, in-process, and final product inspections as per quality standards.

Monitor and ensure compliance with quality control procedures and specifications.

Identify quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Work closely with production, engineering, and vendor teams to resolve quality-related issues.

Maintain proper documentation such as inspection reports, test results, and QC checklists.

Assist in developing and improving quality processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Ensure adherence to ISO or other relevant quality management systems.

Support internal and external audits.

Provide feedback to suppliers and coordinate for quality improvements.

Communicate quality standards clearly to the team and ensure consistent execution.

Required Skills Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience in quality engineering or quality control (manufacturing/production environment preferred).

Strong understanding of quality tools such as 5S, Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, and basic QC methods.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and quality documentation.

Attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Must be

based in Hyderabad

Education:

Bachelor s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related engineering fields.
