Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive quality plans to ensure high standards of service delivery.
Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall process efficiency.
Analyze data and metrics to measure performance and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Implement corrective actions to address identified issues and prevent future occurrences.
Provide training and development programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
Strong understanding of quality principles, processes, and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience in data analysis and interpretation.
Experience with quality management tools and software, such as CRM systems.
