Quality Controller (QC)

As a Quality Controller (QC), you will be responsible for inspecting and ensuring the quality of garments throughout the production process. You will check for defects in fabric, stitching, sizing, and overall construction to ensure all products meet company and customer standards, maintaining a high level of product quality at every stage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect garments at various stages of production to identify defects in fabric, stitching, sizing, and finishing.
• Ensure all garments meet quality standards set by the company and customer requirements.
• Conduct measurements and fit checks to verify sizing accuracy.
• Report any quality issues or deviations to the production and quality team promptly.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and quality reports.
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct random final inspections before packing to ensure consistency and quality.
• Assist in training production staff on quality standards and guidelines.
• Follow up on corrective measures to ensure issues are resolved effectively.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Quality Controller in the garment industry (minimum 2 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabric types, and stitching standards.
• Ability to identify defects accurately and consistently.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Good communication skills to report and explain quality issues clearly.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
