Job Title: Quality Control – Sr. Manager & Manager

Location: Gujarat / Sikandrabad

Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Engineering

Salary Range: ₹5 – ₹6 LPA

Experience Required:

5–8 years of experience in inspection services related to fabrication of steel bridges, including:

• Open Web Girders (OWG)
• Special Bridges

Experience of handling RDSO, Railways, and PMC projects is essential.

Preferred Industry Exposure:

Candidates with prior experience in any of the following organizations or similar infrastructure companies will be preferred:

Railway Bridge Works, CEIL, Eversundai, HMM Infra, AIML, PNR Infratech, Pioneer Fab, L&T, Afcons

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality inspections for fabrication of steel bridge components.
• Review and ensure compliance with RDSO, Railway, and client specifications.
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports, material test certificates, and quality documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams during inspection and testing activities.
• Implement and monitor quality assurance systems and procedures at the fabrication shop.

Key Skills:

• Knowledge of fabrication inspection standards and welding procedures.
• Understanding of NDT, WPS, and RDSO quality requirements.
• Strong documentation, reporting, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and related QA/QC tools.
