Quality Control Officer

As a Quality Control (QC) Officer at our molecular diagnostics manufacturing team in Pune, you will play a crucial role in ensuring product quality and compliance with industry standards. Your responsibilities will include conducting quality control tests, performing molecular diagnostic assays, maintaining laboratory equipment, documenting test results, and collaborating with various teams to address quality issues. You will be required to have a Bachelor's degree in biotechnology, molecular biology, biochemistry, or a related field, with 1-5 years of experience in quality control within the molecular diagnostics or biopharma industry. A strong understanding of molecular diagnostic techniques, assays, and instrumentation is essential, along with excellent attention to detail and accuracy in test performance and result documentation. Your role will also involve ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ISO standards, and regulatory requirements, as well as monitoring quality control data trends for improvement opportunities. Additionally, you will be expected to provide training and guidance to junior QC staff, maintain a clean laboratory environment, and adhere to safety protocols.
