Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Control Manager, located in Thane. The Quality Control Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality control processes, conducting quality assessments, developing and implementing quality assurance policies, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The role includes monitoring production lines, inspecting products, and identifying and addressing quality issues. The Quality Control Manager will work closely with production teams to maintain high-quality standards and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Proficiency in quality control processes, quality assessments, and quality assurance policies
Experience with industry standards and regulatory compliance
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work closely with production teams to ensure high-quality standards
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
Relevant certifications in quality control and quality management are a plus
Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred
