Quality Control Manager

Job Summary: The Quality Control Engineer is responsible for ensuring that products meet the established quality standards before they reach the customer. This role involves inspecting materials, monitoring production processes, conducting tests, identifying defects, and implementing corrective measures to maintain quality throughout manufacturing. Key Responsibilities: o   Perform inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products. o   Conduct mechanical, visual, dimensional, and functional testing according to standards. o   Work closely with production teams to resolve quality issues in real-time. o   Maintain accurate inspection records, test reports, and non-conformance logs. o   Prepare daily/weekly quality performance reports for management. o   Monitoring product and process performance to identify areas for improvement. o   Investigate product failures, defects, or rejections to determine root causes. o   Maintain calibration records for measuring instruments.  Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related engineering field. ·        3-5years of experience in quality control/quality ·        Knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.). ·        Familiarity with measuring instruments like vernier calipers, micrometers, CMM, hardness testers, etc. ·        Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills. ·        Good communication and teamwork abilities.
