Role Description

Quality Control Inspectors play a vital role in ensuring that our precision-machined parts consistently meet required standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Check raw materials and finished parts carefully to make sure they match the required size and quality.
• Test parts for strength, safety, and proper working before approval.
• Keep clear records of all inspections and note any problems found.
• Report defects to supervisors quickly and help in fixing them.
• Ensure parts follow industry rules, company standards, and government requirements.
• Follow and improve inspection methods to save time and increase quality.
• Look into customer complaints, find the main cause, and help prevent the same issue in the future.
• Always follow safety rules while checking and working on parts.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (Mechanical Engineering)
• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred
