Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Quality Control Incharge. The selected candidate will oversee and manage the quality control processes to ensure that products meet required standards and specifications. Core responsibilities include inspecting materials, monitoring production processes, identifying and resolving quality issues, maintaining detailed records, and implementing quality assurance procedures to enhance product reliability and compliance. The candidate will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Quality Control and Quality Assurance practices
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including knowledge of sheet metal, heavy metal components, and custom-built equipment
• Ability to analyze and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and manufacturing documentation
• Experience with ISO standards and regulatory compliance in manufacturing
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in identifying and addressing quality issues
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in quality control tools and software is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field; relevant certifications in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO Auditor) are a plus
