Quality Control - Fabrication -Water Treatment

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain quality control procedures for fabrication and assembly of:
• RO skids, pressure vessels, filter housings, storage tanks, and piping systems.
• Inspect and verify incoming raw materials (plates, pipes, fittings, valves, pumps, etc.) as per project requirements and material test certificates (MTCs).
• Conduct in-process and final inspections of fabricated components for dimensions, welding quality, surface finish, and painting/coating.
• Review fabrication drawings and WPS/PQR (Welding Procedure Specification / Procedure Qualification Record) for compliance.
• Ensure welding is performed as per approved procedures and monitor welder qualifications.
• Verify hydrotesting, leak testing, and other performance tests for fabricated assemblies.
• Maintain detailed inspection reports, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and quality records.
• Coordinate with design, production, and site teams to resolve quality issues.
• Ensure all equipment and components meet client and ISO quality standards before dispatch.
• Support internal and external audits (client / third-party / ISO).
• Promote continuous improvement in fabrication quality and process control.

Pay: ₹25,708.95 - ₹30,104.58 per month
