Role Overview:-

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control person to oversee and maintain

product quality across all stages of production. This role is critical to ensuring that in-process goods,

packing operations, and finished products meet defined quality standards and customer

expectations. The candidate will also be responsible for implementing and monitoring Quality

Management Systems (QMS) on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities

1. In-Process Quality Control:

o Monitor production lines to ensure adherence to quality parameters.

o Conduct routine inspections and sampling during manufacturing.

o Identify deviations and coordinate corrective actions with production teams.

2. Packing Process Oversight:

o Verify packaging materials and methods comply with specifications.

o Ensure labelling, sealing, and presentation meet quality norms.

o Prevent mix-ups and contamination during packing.

3. Finished Goods Inspection:

o Conduct final quality checks before dispatch.

o Maintain records of batch-wise inspection and release.

o Coordinate with dispatch and warehouse teams to ensure compliance.

4. QMS Implementation & Monitoring:

o Enforce SOPs, work instructions, and quality protocols on the shop floor.

o Support internal audits and assist in CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).

o Maintain documentation related to quality checks, non-conformities, and improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile:-

5. Education: Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Science, or Quality Management.

6. Experience: 3–5 years in a manufacturing quality control role.

7. Skills:

o Strong understanding of ISO standards and QMS practices.

o Familiarity with inspection tools, sampling techniques, and documentation.

o Good communication and coordination skills across departments.

o Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting formats.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
