Quality Control Executive

We have a requirement for Quality Control Executive for Isha Life, Coimbatore. The work Location is Madampatty. Please find below the Job description:

Job Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor quality assurance protocols to ensure food safety and product quality.
• Perform routine inspections and audits of production processes, packaging, sanitation, and storage conditions.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO, FSSC 22000, or other food safety management systems.
• Monitor and verify CCPs (Critical Control Points) as part of HACCP implementation.
• Collect and analyze samples (raw materials, in-process, and finished products) to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Handle customer complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Maintain and update documentation, including SOPs, quality records, and audit reports.
• Train production and quality staff on hygiene, GMP, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with procurement and suppliers for raw material quality assurance.
• Regulatory authorities and prepare for external audits.

Skills:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Food Technology,Chemistry

Must have worked in NABL lab

1–3 years of experience in quality assurance within the food manufacturing industry.

Knowledge of food safety standards such as FSSAI, ISO 22000, GMP,HACCP.
