Quality Control Executive

• Conduct inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Implement and monitor quality control procedures as per company and industry guidelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation of inspection results, test reports, and quality records.
• Identify deviations, defects, or non-conformance issues and report to the concerned department.
• Coordinate with production and other departments to resolve quality-related issues.
• Assist in developing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality manuals.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, or other relevant quality standards.
• Perform root cause analysis for quality problems and suggest corrective/preventive actions.
• Monitor calibration and maintenance of testing equipment.
• Provide training and guidance to operators and production staff on quality standards.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of quality control processes, inspection techniques, and testing methods.
• Familiarity with ISO standards, GMP, HACCP, or industry-specific certifications.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a team and coordinate across departments.
• Good communication and documentation skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Chemical / Pharmacy / Food Technology / Industrial Engineering (as per industry requirement).
• 1–3 years of experience in quality control/quality assurance (freshers with strong technical knowledge may also be considered).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
