Quality Control Executive

As a QC Executive for Rapid Kits, your main role is to ensure the quality and regulatory compliance of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods. You will be responsible for conducting sampling and testing activities, performing stability studies, and maintaining proper storage conditions. Your attention to detail and adherence to SOPs and industry standards are crucial in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct sampling and testing of raw materials and packing materials following SOPs for Rapid Kits consistency. - Perform in-process testing at different production stages to maintain quality standards. - Sample and test finished products to ensure safety, efficacy, and regulatory compliance. - Execute real-time and accelerated stability studies to assess product shelf life and storage conditions. - Maintain records of specimens, their identification, storage location, and testing information. - Monitor and record temperature data for optimal material and product storage. - Oversee maintenance and calibration of quality control equipment. - Ensure proper documentation of all quality control activities in compliance with regulatory guidelines. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a life science background. - 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in biotechnology, diagnostics, or IVD industry. In this role, you will need to demonstrate proficiency in quality control procedures, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. Your expertise in equipment calibration, temperature monitoring, and documentation practices will be essential. Being detail-oriented with excellent record-keeping and data analysis skills will help you succeed as a QC Executive for Rapid Kits.,
