Quality Control Engineer (QC) (Male)

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Quality Control Engineer to oversee the quality aspects of our road construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing quality control procedures, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures for road construction projects

- Conduct site inspections to monitor and control the quality of materials and workmanship

- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company quality policies

- Identify and report any defects or non-conformities, and implement corrective actions

- Collaborate with the project team to resolve quality-related issues

- Analyze data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement

- Develop and maintain quality records and documentation

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality control in Road/Bridge construction

- Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and quality management systems

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
