Job Description

Job Title: Quality Control Engineer – Fabrication & Pressure Vessels Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 Experience: 3–5 Years Working Hours: 10 AM to 7 PM Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering Key Responsibilities: • QC inspection of fabrication and pressure vessel components • Conduct welding checks as per WPS/WPQ • Use precision measuring tools (Vernier, Micrometer, Gauges) • Prepare inspection reports, NCRs, and QA documentation • Coordinate with Third-Party Inspection (TPI) agencies • Verify raw materials against MTCs • Ensure compliance with QAP, ISO 9001, and client standards Skills Required: • Strong knowledge of engineering drawings and welding symbols • Familiarity with NDT methods (PT, MT, UT; RT preferred) • Good communication, reporting, and documentation skills
