Quality Control - Chemist

• Performing laboratory analysis right first time of RM/PM/SFG and FG. Making of records and analysis protocols.
• Testing of chemicals by manual and instrumental method.
• Coordination with production team for Product plaining for the manufacturing, which are going to come for testing on day-to-day basis.
• Preparation of laboratory reagents and samples, standardisation, operation of instruments; data analysis; preparation of analytical repots; notebook documentation.
• Analysis of chemicals through ICP-MS and IC instrument along with calibration records, inventory of working standards, Inventory of misc. equipment used for analysis and gases stock status.
• For instrument working, coordination with instrument engineer for any breakdown or any other requirements related to instrument.
• Use only current SOPs, Format for keeping records.
• Maintain Glassware stock, Chemicals required and miscellaneous items used for lab
• Work under direction provided by supervisor and other duties as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned by management as needed
• Support regulatory inspections ISO and customer audits
• Support of various stability study protocols and execution of study tests

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
