• Draft comprehensive claim investigation reports based on collected evidence
and investigator findings
• Review and edit reports submitted by claim investigators for accuracy,
clarity, and completeness
• Ensure all reports meet company standards and legal requirements
• Develop and implement quality control procedures for the report drafting
process
• Conduct regular audits of claim investigation reports to maintain high-quality
standards
• Identify areas for improvement in the report drafting process and implement
corrective actions
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
• Proficient in medical terminology, disease classification, and understanding
of line of treatment
• Excellent command over English (both written and verbal)
• Advanced knowledge of computer applications, MS Office, and email
communication
• Experience in quality control or quality assurance in the insurance industry is
preferred
