Job Summary:

Decorpot Home Interiors is looking for an experienced Quality Control (QC) Manager to lead our Design Quality Control (DQC) team. This role is crucial in ensuring that all interior design deliverables, drawings, and site executions meet the highest standards of quality, consistency, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the DQC team to ensure design and execution quality across projects.

Establish and enforce quality control processes for drawings, design documentation, and site deliverables.

Review and audit AutoCAD drawings, BOQs, and site implementation regularly.

Coordinate with design, project, and site teams to ensure adherence to design specs and QC guidelines.

Identify gaps in design execution and drive corrective actions.

Prepare regular QC reports and escalate recurring quality issues to leadership.

Maintain documentation of quality checks, revisions, and design approvals.

Conduct training sessions for new DQC team members and ensure upskilling.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering.

7+ years of experience in quality control in interior design, architecture, or fit-out projects.

Strong understanding of design documentation, interior detailing, and site processes.

Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other design/QC tools.

Team management experience is essential.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
