Job Description

Quality checking Quality Checking Responsibilities 1. Device Inspection • Perform quality checking of biometric devices before dispatch. • Inspect material finishing, appearance, and build quality to ensure proper assembly and presentation. 2. Firmware & Software Testing • Update firmware to the latest version for all devices. • Verify successful firmware installation and ensure the device boots and operates properly. 3. Functional Testing • Test devices on different parameters, including: • Fingerprint, face, or card recognition performance • Network connectivity (LAN/Wi-Fi) • Display and keypad functions • Sound and sensor responsiveness • Power supply stability 4. Performance Verification • Ensure the device matches product specifications and passes all test conditions. • Record test results in the quality inspection report. 5. Packing & Final Dispatch Readiness • Verify that all accessories and cables are included in the box. • Ensure proper packing, labeling, and sealing for safe transportation. • Hand over the checked and packed material to the logistics team for dispatch.
