Job Overview

We are hiring a Quality Check Analyst for one of our reputed clients in the telecom industry. The role involves reviewing and validating fiber design projects (AT&T / Lumen / Brightspeed) to ensure accuracy and compliance with U.S. telecom standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate fiber design jobs (FoB and F2) as per client-specific guidelines.
• Check fiber routes, splicing plans, and construction drawings.
• Use IQGEO and QGIS tools to verify network accuracy and geospatial data.
• Coordinate with design teams and U.S.-based stakeholders to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain error logs, track recurring issues, and suggest improvements.
• Ensure all design submissions meet quality standards before delivery.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in fiber QC (AT&T / Lumen / Brightspeed projects preferred).
• Proficiency in IQGEO and QGIS.
• Strong understanding of fiber design standards and telecom workflows.
• Ability to identify errors in fiber routes, splicing, and as-built data.
• Good communication skills for working with local and overseas teams.
• Willingness to work in night shifts (U.S. hours).

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of FTTH / FTTx / backbone builds.
• Familiarity with telecom mapping tools and redline drawings.
