Job Summary:

The Quality Auditor will be responsible for ensuring that all products, installations, and processes at Eros Elevators meet the company’s quality standards and comply with regulatory and client requirements. The role involves conducting inspections, audits, and implementing corrective and preventive actions to maintain superior quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct in-process and final inspections of elevator components and installations.

* Perform quality audits at manufacturing sites and project locations.

* Verify compliance with ISO, safety, and internal quality standards.

* Identify defects, non-conformities, and recommend corrective/preventive actions.

* Prepare audit reports, inspection records, and maintain quality documentation.

* Coordinate with production, installation, and service teams to resolve quality issues.

* Support continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis (RCA).

* Ensure calibration and maintenance of testing instruments.

* Train technicians and supervisors on quality awareness and standards.

Key Skills Required:

* Strong knowledge of elevator components, installation, and testing standards.

* Hands-on experience with quality audits, inspections, and documentation.

* Familiar with ISO 9001:2015 and other quality management systems.

* Proficient in MS Office, report preparation, and inspection tools.

* Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Background:

* Experience in Elevator / Escalator / Mechanical Equipment industry.

* Exposure to field quality inspection and customer site audits.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
