Roles and Responsibilities:
In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems Your day to day interactions are with peers within Accenture You are likely to have some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management You will be given minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments Decisions that are made by you impact your own work and may impact the work of others In this role you would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts?Lead a QA/QC team providing quality services to specific projects?Execute the best practices to help the teams supported by him/her to achieve the maturity level required by the company according the business objectives?Lead and define the testing strategy for the specific teams/releases/engagements?To provide training, on boarding in quality and processes to the teams supported by her/him?Design, implement and/or assure the process in the team?Able to perform QA and QC daily activities (bug tracking, bug search and testing tasks)?Plan, deploy and manage the testing effort for any given engagement/release?QA workload allocation and follow-up within his/her team?Define the scope of testing within the context of each release/delivery?Take care of deadlines, write status reports, metrics reports, attend to meetings and provide guidance to the team?Recommend improvements or corrections to developers in terms of work processes and quality where applicable?Coordinate internal calibration sessions with Project Managers?Monitor the quality of the service and communicate overall status to QA Management?Be a strong team builder Qualification Any Graduation
