As a talented QA Engineer with 2-3 years of experience in manual and automation testing across web and mobile applications, your role will involve ensuring high-quality standards for products by conducting various tests, troubleshooting issues, and delivering defect-free software. Key Responsibilities: - Perform functional, regression, and user acceptance testing on web and mobile applications. - Design and execute comprehensive test cases based on project requirements and user stories. - Identify and report defects using bug tracking tools like Jira or Bugzilla. - Execute mobile testing across different OS platforms (iOS, Android) on real devices and emulators. Automation Testing: - Develop and maintain automated test scripts using frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, or Cypress. - Ensure automated test scripts cover key workflows and fit into the CI/CD pipeline. - Perform mobile automation testing using tools like Appium or UIAutomator. - Troubleshoot and debug failing test cases in collaboration with the development team. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 2-3 years of experience in manual and automation testing for web and mobile applications. - Hands-on experience in testing native mobile applications and web applications. - Proficiency in using test automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Appium. - Experience in writing test scripts and familiarity with testing in Agile environments. Technical Skills: - Experience with mobile testing tools such as Appium, XCUITest, or Espresso. - Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or CircleCI for test script integration. - Proficient in bug tracking and test management tools like Jira, TestRail, or Zephyr. - Knowledge of API testing tools like Postman, REST Assured, or SoapUI is a plus. Soft Skills: - Excellent communication skills to articulate testing results and collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to identify potential issues. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. - Problem-solving mindset to troubleshoot technical issues and passion for quality improvement.
