Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Understand product requirements and create/modify test cases.
Execute test cases, analyze results, and coordinate with the development team.
Log defects in bug-tracking tools and follow up until closure.
Ensure timely completion of testing activities and share status updates with leads/stakeholders.
Follow the QA processes defined and work effectively as a team member.

Qualifications

BE (ECE/EEE/CSE/IT), BCA/MCA, BSc/MSc (CS/IT/Electronics).
1-3 year of experience in QA/Testing.

Key Technical Skills

Strong understanding of QA methods and techniques.
Hands-on experience in Manual Testing: Functional, Regression, Re-testing.
Exposure to Embedded Product Black-box Testing.
Experience with bug tracking tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla.
Knowledge of Windows & Linux operating systems.
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
Good communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Basic knowledge of Automation Testing.
Familiarity with scripting (Python, Shell Script).
Understanding of Hardware/PCB testing.
QA/Testing certification is a plus
