Job Title: QA Engineer (Manual & Automation Testing - Web & Mobile)

We are looking for a talented QA Engineer with 2-3 years of experience in manual and automation testing across web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality standards for our products by conducting manual and automated tests, troubleshooting issues, and delivering defect-free software.

Key Responsibilities:

Manual Testing:

• Perform functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) on web and mobile applications.
• Design and execute comprehensive test cases based on project requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Identify and report defects using bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla), and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.
• Execute mobile testing across different OS platforms (iOS, Android) on real devices and emulators/simulators.

Automation Testing:

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for both web and mobile applications using frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, Cypress, or similar.
• Ensure automated test scripts cover key workflows, reduce manual testing time, and fit into the CI/CD pipeline (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Perform mobile automation testing using tools like Appium or UIAutomator for both Android and iOS.
• Troubleshoot and debug failing test cases, working closely with the development team to identify root causes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in both manual and automation testing for web and mobile applications.
• Hands-on experience in testing both native mobile applications (Android/iOS) and web applications.
• Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or equivalent.
• Strong experience in writing test scripts.
• Familiarity with testing in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).

Technical Skills:

• Experience with mobile testing tools such as Appium, XCUITest, or Espresso.
• Experience in CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, CircleCI) to integrate test scripts.
• Proficient in using bug tracking and test management tools such as Jira, TestRail, or Zephyr.
• Knowledge of API testing tools like Postman, REST Assured, or SoapUI is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication skills to articulate testing results and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail to identify potential issues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and investigate technical issues.
• Passion for quality and improving the testing process continuously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
