About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Executive to join our production team. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all garments meet measurement accuracy, finishing standards, and customer quality expectations. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct measurement checks of garments as per size & spec sheets * Inspect stitching quality, wash quality, and overall garment finishing * Ensure correct placement and secure attachment of buttons and rivets * Identify and flag fabric defects, shade variation, and workmanship issues * Maintain quality reporting and communicate errors to the production team * Monitor quality during inline and final inspections * Coordinate with production, pattern & finishing teams for improvements Required Skills: * Strong knowledge of garment measurements * Hands-on experience in button & rivet pressing * Understanding of denim trims, wash standards & sampling * Good communication & teamwork skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced factory environment * Attention to detail & problem-solving mindset What We Offer: * Growth opportunities in the apparel manufacturing industry * Supportive working environment * candidates CTC varies based on Variability and amount of experience
