Role Overview: You will be responsible for conducting rubber compound checking and testing, in-process inspection, tyre defect identification, tyre final inspection, tire dimension measurement, thermocouple study, new mould trial, and improvement trial. Additionally, you will be expected to have knowledge about 8D Problem Solving & CAPA, participate in QCC Circle and Kaizen Competition, monitor SPC for critical parameters, maintain quality documents, practice 5S all over the factory, and have computer proficiency in MS Office. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct rubber compound checking/testing including Rheo, Mooney, Tensile Strength, Elongation, Modulus, Din Abrasion, Specific Gravity Measurement & Hardness - Carry out in-process inspection and escalate deviations - Identify tyre defects and take corrective actions - Approve first piece in case of any changes (Mould Change, Brand Change, or Core Change) - Perform tyre final inspection, barcoding, and dimension measurement - Study thermocouple and validate cure time - Participate in new mould trial and improvement trial - Demonstrate knowledge of 8D Problem Solving & CAPA - Calibrate instruments and maintain history card - Engage in QCC Circle and Kaizen Competition - Monitor SPC for critical parameters - Maintain quality documents for future reference - Practice 5S throughout the factory and conduct periodic audits Qualifications Required: - Diploma in Polymer Technology or B.
