Identifying tyre defects and taking corrective actions, as well as conducting first piece approvals in case of any changes, will also be part of your duties. Furthermore, you will be responsible for tyre final inspection, barcoding, tire dimension measurements, and validating cure time through thermocouple studies. You will also be involved in new mould trials, improvement trials, and have knowledge of 8D Problem Solving & CAPA. Instrument calibrations, participation in QCC Circle and Kaizen Competition, SPC monitoring, and maintaining quality documents are essential tasks that you will undertake. Basic awareness of Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015), maintaining 5S practices, conducting periodic audits, and demonstrating computer proficiency in MS Office will also be expected from you.
