Quality Assurance Specialist

You will be joining Satopradhan Private Limited, a company based in Amritsar that is dedicated to promoting healthy, natural living through organic, vegan, and eco-friendly products. As a Quality Assurance Manager, your role will involve leading the testing of raw materials and finished products to ensure the highest product quality in the company's in-house facility. Your responsibilities will include: - Handling end-to-end quality assurance for food (grocery, nuts, teas, butters), natural cleaners, and personal care products - Conducting regular lab testing of raw materials and final products - Supervising chemical and micro testing procedures for safety and shelf life - Maintaining proper documentation of all testing reports and quality logs - Ensuring compliance with company's quality assurance protocols and hygiene standards - Collaborating with production teams to address quality issues promptly - Setting up SOPs for regular testing, calibrations, and preventive checks - Maintaining cleanliness and safety of the lab testing space - Identifying root causes of quality failures and suggesting improvements Qualifications required for this role include: - B.Sc./M.Sc. in Microbiology, Chemistry, Food Science, or related field - 2+ years of experience in Lab testing and quality assurance - Hands-on experience with chemical and micro testing techniques - Strong attention to detail and documentation Additionally, at Satopradhan Private Limited, you can expect company benefits such as a calm and supportive work environment, opportunities for skill-based growth and yearly increments, leaves (EL, CL, FL), ESI, and staff discounts on organic and vegan products.
