Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Automation Test Engineer with a strong background in Java Selenium-based automation for UI and API testing, and exposure to AI-driven testing, particularly with chatbots. The ideal candidate will contribute to building robust automated test suites, ensuring software quality, and integrating emerging AI testing practices. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Java, Selenium, and API testing frameworks. Execute and analyze automated test suites for web UI and API layers to identify issues and ensure high quality. Collaborate with development and QA teams to understand requirements, define test plans, and deliver comprehensive test coverage. Integrate AI-based testing tools and techniques, especially for chatbot and conversational AI interfaces. Continuously improve automation frameworks, incorporating self-healing and AI-driven enhancements where applicable. Document test processes, results, and defects clearly and concisely. Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of testing practices. Stay updated with the latest trends in automation and AI-driven testing. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in automation testing with Java and Selenium for UI automation. Proficiency in API automation testing (RESTful or SOAP services) using Java-based frameworks. Exposure to AI-driven testing practices, with a focus on chatbot or conversational AI validation. Familiarity with integrating AI tools or libraries (e.g., for NLP, visual testing, or self-healing scripts) into automation frameworks. Experience with test automation frameworks, CI/CD tools, and version control systems (e.g., Git). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
