Quality Assurance Senior

As a Quality Assurance Senior at Mettler Toledo, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of software projects and processes to meet international quality standards and models. Your key responsibilities will include: - Performing quality assurance activities as per QA plan for allocated divisions. - Providing process consultancy in areas such as Product Lifecycle Management, Quality Management System, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and industry best practices. - Conducting process training for on-boarding, QMS deployment, and specific topics like RCA. - Offering process consultancy for metrics-based management and Process Capability baseline. - Conducting compliance checks for milestone reviews for specific projects. - Performing project-specific/internal audits. - Supporting Quality Management System updates. - Sharing independent process compliance reports with senior management for allocated divisions. - Providing guidance to software projects to comply with applicable ISO standards and regulatory requirements. - Supporting Organizational Quality and process improvement initiatives. Qualifications required for this role include: - BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech / MCA qualification - 7 to 10 years of experience - Knowledge of software development processes and agile methodologies - Experience in project management and auditing software projects - Proficiency in using ALM/Configuration management tools like Azure DevOps and GIT - Experience in collaborating with multi-cultural teams - Excellent communication and soft skills - Certification/Qualification in Lean/Six Sigma, Lead Auditor, CSM, Scaled Agile is an added advantage - Experience in statistical analysis using tools like Excel SPC, Minitab, etc. - Knowledge of developing process capability baselines at the project level - Experience in root cause analysis using tools like 5-why analysis, 3*5 why, 8D, fishbone, and pareto analysis.
