Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement

  Quality Assurance & Quality Control Plans

  specific to project needs.
• Monitor daily construction activities and ensure adherence to

  technical specifications, drawings, and quality standards

  .
• Review and verify

  method statements, inspection checklists, and material approvals

  .
• Conduct and document

  site inspections

  and

  material testing

  as per QA/QC protocols.
• Identify

  non-conformance issues

  , raise NCRs, and ensure corrective/preventive actions are implemented effectively.
• Liaise with

  consultants, architects, contractors, and internal site teams

  for quality compliance and resolution of issues.
• Ensure proper documentation of

  inspection reports, test results, checklists, and calibration certificates

  .
• Implement best practices for

  quality management

  , including internal audits and training of site teams.
• Ensure compliance with

  IS codes, NBC, and company quality policies

  .
• Supervise the execution of civil works like

  concrete, steel, finishing, waterproofing, etc.

  , ensuring top quality delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).

• Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience

  in

  residential and commercial construction projects

  .
• Strong working knowledge of

  building materials, IS standards, and quality systems

  .
• Good communication, team coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in managing

  multiple contractors and vendors

  with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in QA/QC documentation, report preparation, and quality audits.
