Responsibilities QA-QC Documentation Preparation of Inspection & Test Plan & Inspection Procedures. Maintaining records such as, Transmittals, Approved Drawings, Inspection & Test Plan and Procedures. Maintaining records of Document submission & receipt status Co-ordination for Inspection Visit with Client / TPIA. Uploading of QA/QC documents to Client portal. Manufacturing Record Book Preparation of MRB Index via given company softwares. Preparation of checklist for MRB compilation. Co-ordination with TPIA for MRB review & attaining Validation Statement. Review of documents received from Vendor, Compilation of documents, verification through TPIA / Client & Final Submission of Hardcopy & Softcopy to client. Maintaining Record for MRB submission & receipt status Preparation of Monthly Progress Report. ISO Documentation and conducting Audit with senior QC members. Preparation of ISO Documents such as Quality Manual, Quality Procedures & Formats Preparation of Internal Audit Checklist. Maintaining records for calibration of instruments Internal Auditor. QC Inspection Activities Preparation & submission of ITP/QAP Inspection of fabricated/raw items - Steel structure, Tanks, Ducting, process piping & fittings, Raw plates, pipes & forgings etc. Preparation of Quality documents and welding related documents for TPIA/Client approval. Review and maintaining stage Inspection reports, approved document files etc.Witnessing & documentation of Hydraulic & Pneumatic Test & NDT (RT/DP/ MPT/ UT/VT) Maintain NCR/Customer Complaint/Lessons Learnt/Continual Improvement Logs Final documentation: Prepare and compile final documentation as per approved MRB Index. Calibrations & Recording of Measuring & Monitoring Devises. Welding Procedure & Welder Qualification as Per Standard ASME SEC. IX & AWS D1.1 Code. Show more Show less
