Job Description

Role Overview: As a QA Analyst at Webito Infotech, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software products. Your primary responsibility will be to design and execute test plans, identify and report defects, and collaborate with the development team to deliver high-quality software solutions. You will participate in all phases of the software development life cycle to maintain application integrity and enhance the user experience. Key Responsibilities: - Have strong knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman, Swagger, and SoupUI. - Familiarity with project management tools like Clickup, Jira, and Trello. - Troubleshoot manufacturing quality issues and manage projects effectively. - Perform Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Smoke Testing, Acceptance Testing, Re-Testing, etc. - Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand requirements and specifications for test planning. - Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project documentation. - Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing to identify defects and ensure quality standards compliance. - Execute manual and automated test cases to validate software functionality and performance. - Document and track defects using issue tracking tools, providing detailed information on identified issues. - Work closely with developers and stakeholders to improve test coverage and understand system architecture. - Maintain detailed records of test results, test cases, and contribute to QA process improvement. - Validate response, response time, error code, XML, and JSON body using Json parsers in API Testing. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Minimum 3+ years of experience as a QA Analyst or in a similar role. - Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices. - Experience with manual and automated testing of web and mobile applications. - Knowledge of testing frameworks and scripting languages like Selenium, JUnit, TestNG. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: - ISTQB or other relevant certifications. - Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
