Job Overview We are looking for a highly skilled Quality Assurance officer to lead and oversee all QA activities within our production facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all products meet regulatory and internal quality standards from raw materials to finished goods. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain robust QA/QC protocols and SOPs across manufacturing operations Monitor and enforce compliance with GMP, ISO 22716, and other relevant quality and safety standards Lead internal audits and manage external regulatory audits or client inspections Oversee incoming raw material inspection, in-process checks, and finished product release Coordinate with R&D, Production, and Packaging teams to ensure quality is maintained throughout the product lifecycle Investigate non-conformities, customer complaints, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) Ensure batch documentation, COAs, stability data, and retention samples are accurately maintained Train and mentor QA/QC staff and production operators on quality standards and protocols Maintain records and reporting systems for traceability and regulatory compliance Work closely with clients and third-party labs for product testing and certifications Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹9,838.38 - ₹41,495.61 per month Benefits: Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Performance bonus Work Location: In person
