Department: Quality Assurance Position: QA - Sr. Executive Qualification: M. Pharm, B. Pharm, MSc. Reports to: Head Quality Experience (In years): 6-8 years Any Preference: Medical device experience
Responsibilities: 1. Interpret and implement quality assurance standards and procedures 2. Handle quality functions as site QA. Supervise activities & team. 3. Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality 4. Document internal/ external/ Vendor audits and compliance 5. Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues 6. Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities 7. Perform the IPQA activities on the shop floor 8. Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards 9. Coordinate and support on-site regulatory audits and compliance 10. Monitor risk management activities 11. Responsible for document management systems 12. Responsible for Validation/Qualification/process activity 13. Responsible for QMS (Change Control, Deviation, Investigation etc.), OOS, OOT, Excursion Compliance, CAPA, SOP, Protocol preparation, MFR, BMR, BPR etc. 14. GLP and GMP work 15. Communication and Collaboration with CFTs 16. Implementation of ISO 13485 and MDR 2017
