Job Description Name of the Company Position Tatva Chintan Pharma Chem limited Officer/Executive -Quality Assurance To ensure a product or service meets quality standards through testing, inspection and process oversight. Role Purpose Manager -Quality Assurance Role Reports to Location Dahej/Ankleshwar B.Sc/M.Sc Chemistry Qualification 3 to 8 Years Years of experience Focus Area: Prepare, Issue, review and archival of batch manufacturing record, SOP, format, Specification/MoA and protocol. Preparation, issuance and control of finished product label. ¢Issuance & control of finished product seal. ¢In-process quality checks & SOP compliance. ¢Issue, Implementation & closing of change control/ deviation control system. ¢Review of the system through daily round and IPQA activity. ¢Line clearance & supervising of labeling, packing & dispatch of finished product ¢Review of the BMR, logbooks, calibration data daily basis. ¢Checking and verification of export container & customer requirement. ¢Schedule, preparation & compilation of Training & document. ¢Line clearance activity of finished product process activity, cleaning of equipment and quantity of the required material. ¢IPQA Activity like Derivations, CAPA, Change control etc. II | P a g
