Quality Assurance Officer & Project Coordinator

You will be working as a Quality Assurance Officer & Project Coordinator at Colour Home Interior, a fast-growing home improvement and painting brand in Delhi NCR. Your role will involve ensuring the high-quality execution of interior projects, including painting, polish, repairs, and finishing handovers. You will collaborate with vendors, site teams, and the backend office to guarantee that each project meets the company's quality standards and is completed on time. Your contribution will be crucial as the company strives to establish structured systems and SOPs to facilitate business scalability. **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct site inspections to ensure high-quality execution of painting, polish, texture, and repair works - Coordinate with vendors, site staff, and internal teams for timely project completion - Maintain daily work reports, including site photos, progress updates, and quality observations - Ensure proper implementation of SOPs and checklists at each stage of execution - Monitor vendor performance and workmanship; escalate quality issues when necessary - Oversee final site readiness before client handover, including touch-ups and cleaning - Collect on-site feedback and propose improvements in quality processes - Ensure proper masking, material handling, and site cleanliness during and after work - Identify and report delays, material issues, or execution bottlenecks to the operations team - Support the continuous improvement of finishing standards across all active projects **Qualification Required** - Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Degree in Interior Design - Minimum 2 years of site experience in painting, polish, or finishing work - Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English is a plus) - Proficiency in managing site teams, vendors, and daily coordination - Familiarity with quality checks, surface finishes, and repair work - Ability to utilize Excel, take site photos, and complete basic reports using software - Responsible, punctual, and dedicated to maintaining quality standards and timelines - Willingness to learn and develop alongside the company's expansion The salary offered for this position ranges from 16,000 to 30,000 per month, based on your experience level.,
