Role Overview We’re hiring a responsible, and detail-oriented individual for the role of Quality Assurance Officer & Project Coordinator at Colour Home Interior. You’ll be responsible for ensuring high-quality execution of our interior projects — from painting and polish to repairs and finishing handovers. You’ll work closely with vendors, site teams, and the backend office to ensure that every project meets our company’s quality standards and is completed on time. This position plays a critical role in our growth journey, as we build structured systems and SOPs to scale our business. Key Responsibilities Conduct site inspections to ensure high-quality execution of painting, polish, texture, and repair works Coordinate with vendors, site staff, and internal teams to ensure timely project completion Maintain daily work reports, including site photos, progress updates, and quality observations Ensure proper implementation of SOPs and checklists at each stage of execution Monitor vendor performance and workmanship; escalate quality issues where needed Oversee final site readiness before client handover, including touch-ups and cleaning Collect on-site feedback and suggest improvements in quality processes Ensure proper masking, material handling, and site cleanliness during and after work Identify and report delays, material issues, or execution bottlenecks to the operations team Support continuous improvement of finishing standards across all active projects What We’re Looking For Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Degree in Interior Design 2 years of site experience in painting, polish, or finishing work Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English is a plus) Knows how to manage site teams, vendors, and daily coordination Familiar with quality checks, surface finishes, and repair work Can use excel, take site photos, and fill basic reports and other software Responsible, punctual, and focused on quality and timelines Willing to learn and grow with the company as we expand 💰 Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience) Show more Show less
