Quality Assurance Officer

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Manager to join our team at Cheer Sagar Exports. As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for developing, managing, implementing, communicating, and maintaining a quality plan to ensure compliance with the Company's Quality Assurance Systems and Policies. With at least 6 plus years of experience, you will collaborate effectively with the Technical, Development, and Production teams to uphold product quality standards and achieve set targets. Your role will involve assisting technicians in pattern/specification checking, identifying and resolving production issues promptly, and making final quality decisions in accordance with company standards. In this position, you will oversee sample evaluation and production approval processes, reviewing measurements, workmanship, fitting, accessories, etc., and providing feedback on production quality. Monitoring QA/QC performance by analyzing production data and generating statistical reports will be crucial for communicating with relevant departments and addressing quality-related training needs. As the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of quality control and product assembly in the factory. You will conduct quality control seminars and coaching sessions for company trainees, audit and control production issues, and ensure proper production planning, machine maintenance, and utilization of resources. Size set sample approval, pre-production meetings, in-line inspections, and pre-final inspections will also be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, maintaining necessary documents, quality SOPs, and providing approval for processes such as print, embroidery, wash, as per buying house requirements will be essential. Upholding discipline, compliance standards, and leading the quality staff and GPQ team to ensure the final product's quality will be key priorities.
