Job Description

Individuals in Quality Assurance, Monitoring & Testing are responsible for assessing outcomes from activities and processes against applicable requirements to enhance risk management quality, including quality testing for business function quality control and transformation lead quality control post activity/process completion. This involves developing and executing Monitoring and Testing for controls, such as control design assessment, operational effectiveness design, and executing monitoring/testing tools to evaluate key controls" effectiveness in addressing defined risks. Responsibilities include: - Understanding the Citi Risk & control framework and supporting monitoring reviews in alignment with ARCM principles - End-to-end monitoring of controls as per Risk Management policy - Participating in strategic initiatives for control performance enhancement - Contributing to Control & Monitoring Design Assessment (CMDA) meetings and drafting procedures - Analyzing documentation and processes in leadership meetings to ensure proper risk and control addressing - Identifying monitoring breaks, suggesting enhancements, and creating/maintaining reports for control tracking and analysis - Identifying risks across the business, proposing cross-functional solutions, and assessing risks in business decisions - Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and policies, and supervising teams to maintain ethical standards Qualifications: - 2-5 years of experience in operational risk management, compliance, or control-related functions in the financial services industry - Ability to identify, measure, and manage key risks and controls - Proficiency in developing and executing controls, and implementing sustainable solutions - Understanding of compliance laws, regulations, and best practices - Knowledge of Citi's Policies, Standards, and Procedures - Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Education: Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience Skills: Analytical Thinking, Assurance Strategy, Communication, Constructive Debate, Controls Assessment, Controls Lifecycle, Policy and Procedure, Risk Remediation, Stakeholder Management For additional skills and information, please contact the recruiter.,
