Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Manager - Woven, your role involves deep understanding of garment construction, especially shirts, fabric properties, and quality standards in stitching, finishing, and overall appearance. Your key responsibilities include: - Proficiency in quality control methods (e.g., AQL standards) and ability to identify defects, root causes, and corrective actions. - Setting quality standards for the factory following buyers requirements and guidance for each departments and processes. - Establishing SOPs for production and preparatory processes to ensure right first time quality from each process. - Developing MIS for quality measurement and recording quality. - Monitoring the quality of the product through the various stages of production. - Training the newly hired quality personnel on company quality policies and how to use quality tools. Your qualification should ideally be B.Tech / BE or Diploma in Textile or Any Relevant Degree, with 4 to 15 years of experience in Woven. In this role, you are required to work full-time on a permanent basis in a day shift. Additionally, you will receive benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, provident fund, and a yearly bonus. The work location is in person.,
