Quality Assurance Manager

Lead and manage the QA/QC department across production lines for HVAC air filters

and cleanroom components.

• Implement zero-defect quality systems using tools like Six Sigma, 5S, FMEA, Kaizen, and

Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

• Conduct rigorous incoming, in-process, and final inspections with documentation as per

ISO 9001:2015 and industry standards.

• Design and implement audit protocols, CAPA systems, and non-conformance

management.

• Ensure compliance with ASHRAE, EN779, ISO 16890, and GMP standards for HVAC

filtration products.

• Establish and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Quality

Control Plans (QCPs).

• Drive continuous improvement through actionable insights, metrics, and performance

dashboards.

• Lead internal trainings and workshops to build a quality-first culture on the shop floor.

• Work closely with R&D, Production, and Sales for seamless quality integration in new

product development.

Candidate Requirements:

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Production/Industrial or relevant discipline (mandatory).

• 2 to 6 years of core experience in quality assurance within HVAC manufacturing,

especially air filters.

• Strong knowledge of HEPA/ULPA/Pre/Bag/Panel filter specifications, testing methods,

and performance validation.

• Practical exposure to automated inspection systems, ERP-integrated QA systems, and

lean quality tools.

• Firm yet professional personality able to command discipline, enforce processes, and

resist compromise.

• Demonstrated ability to manage audits, client inspections, and cross-functional quality

reviews.

• Knowledge of latest QA tools and digital platforms (e.g., Power BI, QC ERP modules,

Smart Factory tools) is a plus.

• Excellent documentation, communication, and people-management skills.
