Quality Assurance (Manager / Engineer / Junior Engineer) Manufacturing

As a Quality Assurance professional at PKL LIMITED, Hyderabad, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on maintaining high-quality standards in our products. **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with ISO, BIS, PESO, and other statutory standards within the organization. Your role will involve conducting inspections at various stages of production, managing quality audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to resolve any quality issues effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** - Ensure adherence to ISO, BIS, PESO, and statutory standards. - Conduct inward, in-process, and final inspections of raw materials and finished goods. - Manage quality audits, certifications, and customer inspections. - Drive root cause analysis, CAPA, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Collaborate with production, design, and procurement teams to resolve quality issues. - Maintain quality records, calibration logs, and inspection reports. **Qualifications & Experience:** - For the Manager role: B.Tech in Mechanical/Metallurgy/Production/Industrial or relevant fields with 6-8 years of experience (2-3 years in a leadership role). - For the Engineer role: B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical/Production or relevant fields with 3-6 years of experience in QA/QC. - For the Junior Engineer role: Diploma with 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing QA/QC. - Certifications in ISO 9001, Six Sigma, NDT Level II, Internal Auditor are preferred. - Strong knowledge of engineering drawings, welding quality standards, and inspection tools. - Hands-on experience with ERP systems, MS Office, and QA reporting.
