While knowledge of pattern-making, garment construction, and fabric terminology is advantageous, a grasp of QA concepts like AQL inspection and quality control charts is essential. Effective communication and vendor management skills in English, Hindi, or Gujarati are required. A willingness to travel for vendor coordination, including local site visits, is expected.
