Quality Assurance Lead

The QA Lead position requires 4 to 6 years of experience in the field. As a QA Lead, you will be responsible for managing the QA team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products. You will need to take ownership of testing across various platforms including Website, Desktop, and Mobile Applications. Your role will involve guiding team members, overseeing QA processes, and resolving technical issues. Key Responsibilities: - Effectively communicate and articulate thoughts clearly. - Manage and mentor QA team members, guiding them on QA processes and technical problem-solving. - Perform both manual and automation testing efficiently. - Utilize automation tools such as Selenium or similar frameworks. Nice to Have: - Experience with Agile methodology. - Familiarity with JIRA for task tracking. - Knowledge of Confluence/GitLab for documentation. - Prior experience in CRM/ERP testing.
