Quality Assurance Lead

Role Overview: You will be joining in-tech, a dynamic and fast-growing engineering company with a strong presence in Munich, Germany, and a global team of around 2350 employees across 20 project locations in 8 countries. As a QA Lead (Automation with Java & Selenium), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and validation of systems for an exciting Infosys project based in Trivandrum/Bangalore/Chennai, with hybrid work options. Your responsibilities will include acting as a validation and quality assurance expert, defining test strategies, creating an optimal test environment, and collaborating with talented individuals to deliver innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a validation and quality assurance expert, reviewing the functionality of existing systems. - Conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design, and lead execution to ensure superior outcomes. - Design an optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios. - Collaborate with industry experts to create high-quality, defect-free solutions that meet client's business needs. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5-10 years of hands-on experience in software testing or Quality Assurance (QA) roles. - Proficiency in Selenium for automated testing of applications. - Experience in creating and executing automated tests using Selenium WebDriver, scripting, test case creation, and debugging. - Knowledge of integrating Selenium with tools like Maven or Jenkins for continuous integration. - Strong programming skills in Core Java for writing test scripts, creating automation frameworks, and developing custom solutions. - Proficient with Webservices (API) test Automation using Rest Assured, TestNG. - Familiarity with managing test cases, bug tracking, and versioning in TFS for effective project tracking and reporting. - Experience in designing and implementing robust QA frameworks supporting automated testing processes. - Knowledge of the latest testing frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, etc. If you possess the required experience, team spirit, and are seeking a rewarding work environment, this opportunity at in-tech could be the ideal fit for you.,
