Quality Assurance Head

As a Test Lead/Senior Tester at our company, you will be responsible for setting up test environments in our lab and clients" sites. Your key responsibilities will include developing test plans, test cases, test scripts, and defect reports in a clear and concise manner. You will manage project workflow by establishing and meeting deadlines, provide guidance to project teams, and contribute to their technical development. Additionally, you will review defect reports, present status reports to clients, assist the QA team with development, and perform ad hoc and exploratory testing. Qualifications: - Minimum 8 years of experience with at least 4 years in a Test Lead/Senior Tester role - Strong understanding of testing standards, methodologies, software testing principles, and test tools - Proficiency in one or more leading automated test tools such as Rational, Segue, or Mercury Interactive - Expertise in white-box testing - Familiarity with the Software Development Cycle, Windows 2000, Unix environment, and programming languages like C, C++, or Java - Knowledge of enterprise technical issues including networking, database, and the Internet - Basic understanding of software and hardware configurations - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills - Ability to evaluate new software products and applications Join us to showcase your skills and be a part of our dynamic team!,
