Quality Assurance Executive

Duties and Responsibilities:

To support unit quality in-charge for the activities of quality department.

Should know NABH process

To follow-up on submission of quality indicator data from concerned department and discussing with them about correctness of data. Identifying root cause for abnormal trends with the discussion of concerned department.

To coordinate for printing related activity (when required)

To coordinate with concerned for conducting Codes / Mock drill. (As assigned)

To coordinate activities related to QA office basic requirements.

To coordinate with identified Quality coordinators for requirements related toquality departments.

To conduct Internal Quality Audit once in 4 months or whenever scheduled and to prepare report. (as per the Departments assigned).

To prepare and update Documents / Records / Manuals etc according to the schedule or whenever required. Responsible for revision of documents related to the chapters / departments assigned.

To coordinate for all the activities related to the committee meetings assigned.

To prepare Minutes of Meeting and to mail the same to all concerned.

To coordinate Continuous Quality Improvement activities.

To study and collect data from various sources such as Internet as per the requirements.

To participate in Quality department in-house training program.

Strong Communication skills in English, Hindi, Telugu

MHM and NABH Experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
